Current mood:  complacent Last night was one of those nights. I was invited to my old friend's house, to my surprise, and was demanded to come over. I loved that. That was quite funny! I hadn't hung out with these folks in so long, that I had this terrible driving desire to head over there. That's right. I was driven=). It was almost by a divine entity that I suddenly switched gears and headed over there, haha!! I'm kidding. But I was really glad to have been invited. Anyway, it was definitely the change of scenery that I needed. I met some new people too. They proved to be delightful company. Unfortunately I had missed a couple of friends who decided to leave early...poo. I missed them too. Ah, nothing like a few drinks, stimulating conversations, and old friends to renew your outlook on life. It was, indeed, one of those nights. Oh, and Shadow is the name of the adorable, cuddily, black and white kitty that owns the place.  I love him!
