Thursday, June 16, 2005 CORN BEEF

Oh my freaking gahlbladder, have you  ever eaten corn beef?  I'm not talking about the can- I mean the thick slab of  beef that has been corned, corn beef!  I just ate me some of that, and I swear, the birds sang, the oceans crashed, and the earth shook to how good it was! Had it like an Irish folk too...surrounded by baby potatoes and topped with cabbage...man, them folk sure know how to grub! All right, time to wash it down with some booze!
